Vi h\u00e5ller ett aktivt schema med m\u00e5nga grupptr\u00e4ningspass f\u00f6r att minska gruppstorlekarna. Vi begr\u00e4nsar antalet deltagare p\u00e5 alla ledda pass (9+1) fr\u00e5n 3.12.2020. Om det blir f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga deltagare p\u00e5 ett pass h\u00e5ller vi beredskap att erbjuda ett annat pass som l\u00f6per parallellt! Alla ska f\u00e5 tr\u00e4na. Vi erbjuder forts\u00e4ttningsvis ledd utetr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagar. Vi st\u00e4dar och putsar noggrant, och ser till att det finns desinficeringsmedel och handtv\u00e5l tillg\u00e4ngliga \u00f6verallt p\u00e5 gymmet. Vi g\u00f6r allt det h\u00e4r och lite till f\u00f6r att ni ska f\u00e5 forts\u00e4tta tr\u00e4na och ta hand om er.<\/p>\n<p>Vissa tider \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt luftigt p\u00e5 gymmet och l\u00e5gt deltagande p\u00e5 grupptr\u00e4ningspassen. Andra tillf\u00e4llen kan det vara lite h\u00f6gre tryck.
